Dillon Schall
Owner & Operator
Dillon began working at Landscape II in 2008 as a “summer helper.” In 2014, when Dillon was graduating college, he was offered a project manager position where he was in charge of the daily operations of the company and has filled that role ever since. In 2020, Dillon was offered the opportunity to purchase the business and he has not looked back since. Dillon is very lucky to have a career that he truly enjoys, employees who give 110% everyday, and customers that provide him with the opportunity to bring their landscape and hardscape dreams to life.
Claudia Schall
Office Manager
Claudia plays a critical role in the success of our business. Each day Claudia handles the administrative tasks that keep our company running on a day-to-day basis, including payroll, bookkeeping, and all other administrative tasks.

Erica DeVinney
Landscape Project Manager
Erica has worked with Landscape II since 2017. Erica attended The Pennsylvania State University, majoring in Landscape Contracting with a minor in Horticulture. Erica started out at Landscape II as a field employee, then continuing to a Landscape Foreman where she led crews in every day landscaping jobs such as, clean ups, pruning, mulching, and plant installs. In 2021, Erica transferred from being a Landscape Foreman to the Landscape Project Manager for the company. She now oversees and schedules the landscape crews in their everyday tasks, while communicating between the crews and the clients needs. Erica also works with existing and new clients on sales and designs to help achieve their landscape goals! Erica truly loves what she does here at Landscape II and enjoys helping people bring their landscape dreams to life. Erica is dedicated to making clients happy and giving them the best and most detailed product possible.
